We've been using OPTIS Product Options, Variant for a range of personalised and custom-made products, and it has become an important part of our Shopify store. It gives us much more flexibility than Shopify's built-in product options and makes it easier for customers to provide the information we need for custom orders.
The custom fields, option sets, and conditional options work well, allowing us to offer a wide range of product customisation without creating hundreds of variants. It has helped streamline both our product setup and the customer ordering experience.
Overall, OPTIS Product Options, Variant has been a practical and reliable solution for managing customised products, and we'd happily recommend it to other merchants offering personalised or made-to-order items.

The app works perfectly and offers everything we need for adding custom product options. It is easy to use, flexible, and integrates smoothly with our Shopify store.

We use OPTIS for increased products variants on both of our Shopify stores, the app works well, nicely laid out and easy to use. When we need help the online chat is very quick and helpful in resolving issues and making the system work as required.

We needed a third-party app, as our products require more options than Shopify's native feature allows. The app works well and performs exactly as described. When we needed to add an advanced feature, the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They replied to our requests within minutes (even on a weekend) and implemented changes to our store quickly. We definitely recommend this app and the team behind it. One of the very few apps we pay for right now. Given our products it's not practical to make tons of variants so this is pretty vital to how we handle upgrades and modifications. And Cassie from their team helped us out today getting a nonsensical bug with the email formatting fixed.

Christine from OPTIS was honestly unreal to deal with. I jumped on support because my add to cart wasn’t working and it felt like the app and Shopify weren’t talking to each other at all. She responded straight away, super friendly, and didn’t muck around. She jumped into the store, identified the issue quickly, and had their dev fix it on the spot. On top of that, she helped clean up a few things like duplicate fields, button styling, and even walked me through setting up options properly for group bookings. Nothing felt too hard and she just kept working through everything until it was sorted. Proper legend, made the whole process easy and stress free.
