I tried Infinite Options first on Shopify. I was really annoyed because I couldn't upload images!!!! WHAT???? I switched to OPTIS and, holy cow, it is so much better.
The customer service was great too. It was pretty dang intuitive. I learned it really fast after watching a few videos. Once I understood how to add more options, it was easy.

We needed a third-party app, as our products require more options than Shopify's native feature allows. The app works well and performs exactly as described. When we needed to add an advanced feature, the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They replied to our requests within minutes (even on a weekend) and implemented changes to our store quickly. We definitely recommend this app and the team behind it. If you sell items that have customization options (like giving the option to select a specific type of accessory with a product and even making that a mandatory selection) this is the way to do it! There is a free option as well as a couple tiers of pay options depending on how much customization you want or need. I've been trying to do this with Shopify's Variants since I created the site but could never get it the way I wanted without doubling my inventory numbers just to allow the options. I saw this, added the app and created several options in a few minutes with no issues and it does EXACTLY what I need. Well worth the look!

Fast response and faster fix! First time in app and needed assistance with product view and it was fixed quickly. I was only looking to test the app for move from another, but this app is much easier to use and support is 100 times more effective and response time so fast

We've had some challenges building our new website for the first time. When we had issues, we contacted OPTIS, and they always found a way to help us out. They are EXTREMELY quick with responses, and if the correspondent you're working with doesn't have the exact right answer, someone from the OPTIS team is always there to find the best solution for your business.
The application is clear. For a self-taught person like me, it is a little harder to navigate what and how to do correctly so that everything is as it should be. I see the language interface as a great advantage. There are not many applications that support the Czech language. Thank you to the entire team, Lin, Lina, Katlyn and Christine for the patience they have with me.
