I have been using this app since I opened my store a year ago and have never had any issues with it. The customer support team are fabulous to deal with and reply in a timely matter. So far pretty amazing! Straight forward, easy to figure out, and I'm able to add a lot of options for customizing candles that I was limited in beforehand! Lots of options to customize, definitely recommend this app!!
