This app works great. Really easy to use and I like the fact that you can hide/show options based on conditions. I did run into a small issue during set-up but they were able to quickly go in and fix it within a day of submitting my support request.

I am new with this app and I love how customizable everything is. The customer services is impeccable. I had issue (self caused) that was resolved within seconds so my deadline was not interrupted. I am very happy with their service.

I use this app for my customers to be able to leave text for personalization. I just started setting up my site and couldn’t figure out how to attach the personalization option to specific items. The customer service I received was amazing!!! They sent me a step by step video of how to do exactly what I was needing to do. They even gave me some other suggestions for my shop just to be helpful! And they were super friendly!!

I used this app to customize my products and facilitate clients being able to upload text, upload multiple files and provide special instructions before fulfillment. I was able to install the app without issue and began using it right away. The interface was intuitive however I did need to read a few help pages as there were more options than I had anticipated.
A note on customer service: The support team was epic! I described my issue and received a response right away. The issue was resolved by a developer/tech in less than 24 hours.
I have one minor issue that needs attention but I'm confident they will resolve that too given my experience thus far.

We offer various gift wrap options and handwritten cards which I wanted customers to be able to add to their order. Having tried several apps, finally this is the one! It took a little bit of time to figure out how the app worked (I found the FAQ section of their website more useful than the basic guides) but whenever I got stuck the support was excellent. They very quickly responded to all my questions and always found solutions. Really happy!
