Great Support Team and Very handy app for all types of option requirements. Easy to set up and ready to go.

Every now and then we come across the need for an additional star! Hulk Apps has far exceeded our expectations with absolute VIP service, fast implementation and an exact and perfect resolution with developer Manoj. 11/10, 6 stars, VIP service!!!

So far so great. The customer service is wonderful. They installed the app for me, helped me understand how it works, and answered all the questions I had right away and kept following up with me until I got what I needed, so thank you for that. It does indeed give infinite options for my product and lets me bundle those options together for whatever I need. It was a bit confusing to use in the beginning but since there is a very helpful and responsive customer service team, it was not an issue at all.

After installing and using the free trial period on at least 5 other apps, I am thrilled to have found Infinite Product Options (IPO). Instead of selling a shirt with a design, I sell the designs, and let the client chose which shirt she wants, color, size, and any customization needed. All those other apps looked like they would do what I needed, but all that time was wasted. One company even uninstalled my app while I was still trying to get it to work. One company took 24 hours to answer even the tiniest question and my trial period ended without getting anything resolved. One company had an auto response "we cannot understand what you mean by...". Talk about frustrating! However, my experience with HULK has been wonderful. They understand English, they reply promptly, and they have been polite and professional. AND on top of that, IPO does EXACTLY what I need it to do!!!

We've tried many apps, looking for both functionality and design to be built and this is the first app for both.

Starting out, they make installation very easy. I have 2 of their apps (this and Volume Discount) and both installed very easy.

I did have to reach out to customer service as I was having what I thought was an issue. Turned out to be on my side and the way I had configurations within collections. Customer Service was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Great support!

In the one 4 start review, they talk about how the app breaks down the price. We find this is actually very helpful with being able to track exactly what is sold. While we are just a print shop, it's helpful to build analytics on what sells and what doesn't and this helps see how each sale is made.

The overall options available to use are great. They give you a lot of options and you can build those out how you see fit. From there you go into configuring sets of options. Specifically, how different options interact with one another by creating conditions. You then can apply them to different products. I was very surprised at how easy it was to create the options, sets and conditions.

The only thing that I would like to see changed at some point, is the way the price changes on the product page. The way it is currently setup is once the buyer selects the options, the price doesn't change but rather shows a note that the price will increase by $x.xx price. It's very easy to see and understand, however for a customer experience standpoint, I believe people are used to seeing the overall price change on the page. This isn't a deal breaker nor is it equal to a 4 start because they do a great job at making it very easy for the customer to see what the pricing change will be.

Last thing I will say is using this with the volume discount app they offer (also for free) is seamless and wonderful. Everything works better than I would have expected and I'm thrilled to finally get not only the technology I need, but the options for design as well. Great job HulkApps!

This app is fantastic! I am using it since a while now and it really helped adding extra functionalities to our store, with plenty of additional options and variants to the products; we're able to create complex bundles without using any other third party apps. We had some issues which was addressed within minutes, upon reaching out to the customer service, via chat. Highly recommended. Keep up the excellent work! Cheers

I highly recommend this application. It gives you control over your product options and allows you to group them. The support staff is excellent as well.

I am having problems with this HULK APP. The site is confusing and impossible to fix. I am waiting for some help.
