The app does what it needs to by adding options. BUT,(and it's a big but) there are several basic shopify features that are disabled when using Hulk.
1) Your addons no longer show up on SHOP or alternate merchant stores like Google or Tiktok. Since it's no longer a variant in Shopify, it's not recognized as an option.
2. You lose the ability to use auto discounts. Auto discounts will glitch the price so customers can check out without the addon prices.
3. Lastly (that i've found so far, 2 days in) You also lose the ability to have quick pay methods in your cart area. This is enabled on checkout or the product pages only.
The bugs cause a reading refresh issue that allows customers to checkout without having to pay for the addon.
The support is very responsive and I feel they are top notch. They were able to help me understand the limitations of their app, which seems to affect others addon apps and not just theirs.
When I first started I wanted it to look like it was seemless with the rest of my website, it doesn't seem like the settings had button shape options to be able to match the style of my shop. They did offer to have a programmer fix it, but I was able to fix it myself via CSS.

I wish I would've known that an automatic discount doesn't work with BOGO deals before black friday. It ruined my entire sales day since the code wouldn't work since it was auto and a buy x get y. The customer service rep Nisha was great though

It's hard to contact them online. I wish their customer service could respond a little faster. Discount codes are not available on my product page because of their custom options feature. This incident took a huge toll on my business.

My store have many products and each product have multiple options, with Infinite Product Options from HulkApps, it really help me a lot on my store setup, save time and money :) And the support is fast and very helpful, they really listen to customer and always improve the feature!
Updated Review: I downgrade it from 5 star to 3 star because the product options can't display correctly for people in Russia and China. Support unable to fix it and I lost many sales due to this problem.

Support is half and half depending on the person, requirements are met and sometimes the knowledge of the support does not meet the standards of expectation. Whilst more technical queries are handled well, simple questions differ, that do not need 'copy and paste' answers can be easily solved if looked at properly instead of searching for an answer through their database but actually looking at the personal problem in more detail. After a few minutes of investigating the problem yourself, you can find the answer to the problem faster than the support telling you to read a whole article which does not even solve your problem. The app is overall good and has many features however there are some common e-commerce features that are commonly used but not implemented in the tool, the support can be better from the perspective view of subscribing more than once on an Enterprise plan.

Had some issues during the setup process where my listings wouldn't sync, but with admin access, they were able to correct the problems at no charge!! I am now very excited to finish setting up my online store and launch soon.
- there are still issues with syncing, but they are currently working on a resolution. Once fixed, I'll update my star rating.

I am new to Shopify and how you have to add Apps to get the functionality I typically find standard in other carts I've used. I needed expanded Options and the Hulk Apps Custom Product Options was the only "free" choice I saw. Since I didnt' understand how to use their product (they should provided a more detailed description of this) I didn't see any changes when I installed the app. Each ticket exchange took 2-3 days for a proper response. I now see how to use this App and will see if it is a good fit for my store. I was generous on the rating since this is a Free item.
