This is not a bad app but I feel the interface could be modified to make customization service easier

I used this app to add in a card customization options for products - I was having issues with visibility and customer service was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

The app didn't work with the swatches at checkout. I was unable to see what color the customer would want. Customer service was good but unable to fix the problem.

I used the free version to test it...what a mistake....didn't worked well they told me is your theme setup, the app doesn't work with dynamic checkout buttons, I asked to fixed and they did...the checkout doesn’t work anymore and is impossible for my clients to buy....thank you very much...great service
Update! I asked for informations to unistall the app because in their website link is broken...no answer att all BE AWARE!!!

Khushbu was AMAZING! Support is very responsive and helpful! We were chatting for about 3 hours and Khushbu answered each and every one of my endless questions. I was having trouble editing the appearance of my buttons as well as creating conditionals and Khushbu went in and edited both of those for me saving me hours of confusion and frustration.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with support but also the app. Hulk Product Options is the one product customization app I've seen that allows me to add buttons, actual buttons not radio buttons and just for that I'd give 5 stars.
