I used this app to customize my products and facilitate clients being able to upload text, upload multiple files and provide special instructions before fulfillment. I was able to install the app without issue and began using it right away. The interface was intuitive however I did need to read a few help pages as there were more options than I had anticipated.
A note on customer service: The support team was epic! I described my issue and received a response right away. The issue was resolved by a developer/tech in less than 24 hours.
I have one minor issue that needs attention but I'm confident they will resolve that too given my experience thus far.

Tried out multiple product options app before and not only is the one the best, but the support is extremely responsive and helpful. Do yourself a favor and get this app!

This app was recommended to me by my website developer. It looked to have everything needed for what I wanted to do with product options. However, their support is awful. Worst support from an app that I have ever experienced.
I attempted to contact them on more than one occasion to ask to figure out why my export file comes as a link to a browser instead of an Excel file. They have failed to respond or provide any solution. Now that we were prepared to update all of the products uniformly, which we started a month ago, I will now have to start over and look for another app that will provide me the solutions I am looking for.
I am very disappointed and would not recommend this app to anyone.

We export files in the .xlsx extension and the default file open software is set to the Web Outlook (browser) instead of the Excel software on your computer. It has nothing to do with our app.

Does it exactly what it says it'd do - happy with the functionality as it's really useful for our use case (restaurant with lots of addons/sides).

A very good program, and the development team will actively address the issues raised. I gave it to Four Star because there are still some functions that can be done better. For example, the color palette can only have a uniform shape, and the program will not make the best display based on your image

We offer various gift wrap options and handwritten cards which I wanted customers to be able to add to their order. Having tried several apps, finally this is the one! It took a little bit of time to figure out how the app worked (I found the FAQ section of their website more useful than the basic guides) but whenever I got stuck the support was excellent. They very quickly responded to all my questions and always found solutions. Really happy!

So far, very appreciative of the support this app and their team provide. They provided via email with the option to chat as well as a helpful video explaining exactly how to go about adding multiple variances to my product pages. Love this app! It provides all the variations I needed for my products. I reached out to support for assistance with installation and they couldn't have been more helpful, they had everything sorted out within a few hours. Highly recommend this app.

Very helpful company with install. As soon as it was installed it did what I needed it to do. And cannot beat the free price tag! Can't wait to see what else they come out with as this company was the most helpful I dealt with.
