The five stars is for the support, which is amazing for a free app, in fact it's amazing for a paid app. Very, very fast and helpful. The app did everything we needed and is free. My small critique is that if the documentation was a little clearer this could have saved them a bit bit of time with responding to a couple of my queries. Overall really happy and grateful for this app. Thanks.

Fantastic app, integrates perfectly with our website, and plays nice with the dimensional shipping app that we have installed as well! We were looking for an app that only creates customizable cart-level charges, and fees. Very responsive support staff, and willing/able to assist with any issues that come up!

This app has been great! I really needed an app with conditional logic and this one works wonders while being within a great price range. The staff is always super helpful and very quick to respond to my messages. They have never hesitated to help or answer my questions. Highly recommend this product and this company!!!!

I installed the app in a matter of seconds. The plugin initially had a conflict with the theme that I was using so I contacted the support team, and they had it sorted in a matter of hours, which is pretty good given the time difference. After multiple app installs, Hulk Product Options has worked best for my shop since I have many variations. I like the ease of use, they keep things updated, and that I can easily change the colors and look of the options as well. If they can allow us to charge differently for an option within the option set without paying for the premium that would be awesome.

This really changed the game for my store. I did hit some bumps at first, but they went above and beyond to help my store and where the code was messed (not from them) They answered all my questions and when I was still lost on where to find a specific line of code, they took it upon themselves went in a fixed everything for me. I couldn't thank them enough
