Works great and you can't beat the price on the pro plan. They provide the coding to help fix the discount box issue and it worked flawlessly. Great for shops who need to have strict inventory control but still want to provide their customers with customizable products. They make it very difficult for customers to delete the customization charges which is great. I'd definitely recommend handmade to order shops to use this app.

I love the app and the great communication & customer service provided by Hulk. I wanted my prospective customers to have the option to be able to add a name for a number of customize products I am offering. Unfortunately, I had a little trouble getting it setup, but the Hulk team quickly came to my assistance.

When we originally used this app, it seemed to cause us no end of problems - and the customer service to rectify problems seemed very slow. However having tried several other apps, the features this app offers are very accommodating and it is reasonably priced. We have just started using it again to see if things are any better and I have to say, the customer service has been incredibly good, fast and patient. A vast improvement from about 6 months ago :)
We are sorry you were facing the issues. Our app doesn't disable your site. Most of the issues that occur during installation and sometimes clients miss a step or two that cause issues.
Our team is very responsive and tries to help every customer. As a free app, we sometimes run into small backlogs but we still try to resolve all tickets within 4 hours.

This app shows options beautifly and cleanly. I really recommend this app. At first I could not use this app, and contacted HulkApps support without a lot of expectations. But I was surprised with the very quick and kind response. And she who was a person in charge fixed it suitable for me. Thank you so so so much! ----

This was my first App purchase on shopify and I did a lot of research to ensure I was going to get what I needed. I will admit the review where very good and the few that were not were generally from people that want a cookie cutter program performing the way they want it too right away. For them... NEWS FLASH... this is programming and nothing is 100% compatible with everything. However, with a good team backing up their product you can reach that goal with good communication. Shout out to all the team members that assisted me in getting the App to perform everything that I needed it too. I highly recommend this App and suggest to anyone that are still hesitating to take the leap and use the free trial periode to work out the bugs for your store. That is what I did and could not be happier with the result. Finally, depending in what timezone you are be patient for the replies as most of mine took an average of 12 to 18 hr.
