I used this app to help add additional variants, colors and sizes that I needed for my store products on Shopify. The representative was extremely helpful and the service was amazing. I was a little overwhelmed because I thought I wouldn't be able to understand, but with the help and guidance they provided, it went super quick!! The patience was unbelievable. Thank you guys and I am so excited that I have this app!!

I highly recommend this app! I was looking to replace a similar, paid app. Product Options by HulkApps was really easy to use, as far as setting up the options with little research put into how to work the app. They offered guides on learning how to use the app to set up your options, and then once you had that complete they had a completely other area set up to help you install the app onto your software.

I am a newbie to coding and had messed up with where to place certain things. My options were there, just misplaced on the screen. Within 24 hours HulkApp had not only reached back out to me to let me know what I needed to do to fix it, but they also did what they had to do as well and they did it for free!!!! Now my options are right where they should be. I am extremely satisfied with their app, and I look forward to using it for quite some time!

This app is BETTER than the ones you pay for. Not only that, the customer service and tech help is excellent-- they have been there and ready to help from the beginning! I had another options app, but you couldn't bulk upload options with a CSV or Excel file, so I switched to this one. BEST choice ever.

Great app! opens up so many doors to be able to offer customised products. Great customer service, always really helpful. Defo recommend :-)

First of all, i want to thank you so much to Sanjay Parmar and his great developer team. Even though we met a few obstacles during the installation process `infinite product options` app to my website (rhanfold.com) , the developer team solved these problems in a quick manner. Mr. Sanjay Parmar has been very good at communication, and listened to my requests, and solved them, helped me a lot. i can literally say that i have almost tried all apps about product options (7 or 8 other apps, if my memory didn`t deceive me) at shopify app store, this app met with my all necessities, it worked great! do not misunderstand me please, i am not saying other apps are bad etc. About app: pros. it is fast, do not slow down my webpage, have many properties (and they are free!!, believe me some paid apps do not give these properties) cons: does not have any, but unless you are a web developer, do not attempt to install yourself, just kindly ask to Hulk to install for you.

This app did exactly what I needed it to do. I ran into a few small issues with my theme and the developer was very quick to help me get those issues resolved. I use this app to offer custom embroidery options for certain items on my website. Initially I tried to use Shopify's variant system for this but I quickly passed the 100 variant limit. This app is well worth the monthly fee. I absolutely love the conditional statements - i.e, if a user selects one answer then it will prompt for additional information depending on that answer.

Everything is well explained in the manual and was very easy to set up.

Found a bug in the cart and raised it to Hulk. They sorted it straight away. Great customer service and great app! (update 21/10/2020) App is great. We offer engraving on our jewellery and this app allows us to do it. Variants in native shopify didn't work as it created an inventory management nightmare. We had a few issues with discount code compatibility but had great support from Sanjay and all looks great now. Thank you!

I like this app. In the beginning it was a little complicated to understand how it works and I ran into some installation issues, but thanks to the great tech support my problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Now it works fine. If you sell custom/personalized products and you need customer's input, this app is a great solution.
