Amazing customer service skills and great communication.

The 5 stars are especially for customer service. It's phenomenal. You can chat with someone immediately and if they don't have an answer, they will get back to you by email the next day. I needed some customizing done to the app and they did it for me as well as helped me trouble shoot.

Hulk has been amazing to work with. The mobile version isn't as user friendly as the pc version, so whenever I need assistance I just connect with them to see if they can help solve the problem in real time and they have consistently demonstrated patience, kindness and quick solutions. Great staff and support.

Issue today with incompatibility of the hulk product options and the hulk discount app. Emira responded to my help request immediately and advised I ned to revert back to the legacy version. All seems to be well now. many thanks for a quick, efficient solution.

I have been using this app for years and it is a wonderful app. Staff have always been so helpful if I have any issues which have always been issues with my own tech knowledge...not the app. In particular, today I was helped by Nitesh who sorted my problem out within minutes - would have taken me hours and hours :) Thank you Nitesh.

We've been using the option sets for years now, and they work perfectly every time. The customer service has always been excellent and helpful! This is a great app!!

I've always liked this app and its ease of use. Recently, I had an issue with some checkouts allowing customers to add items to their cart without filling out the required fields in the product options. When I contacted Hulk Product support, Axel helped me identify the problem. The dynamic checkout buttons do not work with the Hulk Product options on the product page, but they should work fine on the checkout screen. They were a wonderful help and even assisted me with finding how to hide the feature from the product pages. Would recommend the app to others!

There are not enough good things I can say about the app. I have been using it on multiple stores for several years and it has helped our companies generate countless sales.
Recently i updated a product with a very complex and conditions scenario and I had trouble completing the product specs, so I asked the customer service experts to help... well Juan and Chirag were the two who handled my issue and successfully went through meticulous troubleshooting and then fixing everything for me.

It's a useful addition to a Shopify store because it expands the number of options in each product listing. But an A+ would definitely have to go to their support team who are very responsive, helpful and help me find the solutions to integrating their extension with my Shopify store. This round, Iris was taking care of the lil glitches I encountered and solved almost all of the issues I was facing. Keep up the great work guys!
