I have been using this app for years and it is a wonderful app. Staff have always been so helpful if I have any issues which have always been issues with my own tech knowledge...not the app. In particular, today I was helped by Nitesh who sorted my problem out within minutes - would have taken me hours and hours :) Thank you Nitesh.

The BEST options app out there. I have tried many. This is the most extensive app for options. I run a handcrafted goods store and everything I sell is a "design-your-own" concept. This app allowed my customers to customise everything from scratch and simplifies my process. Lots of room to play with to customise the look of the options too. Just ask them to help you.

Manoj went an extra mile to work on updating new colour swatches that would normally take me a whole hour. He was always ready to help and super helpful. Highly reliable and trustworthy. Their customer service team is amazing and very responsive too.

The price I pay for this app is really a tiny fee for what I gain in sales, because without this app I literally cannot sell anything. They have conditional logic that is really really wonderful to use too!

This app has given me the ability to really tailor my products perfectly for my store and offer customers a range of options. Whilst the app itself is great, the support that is offered is what makes this one that I will continue using and highly recommend to anyone who needs multiple options for their products. The Hulk app has quite a few customization options as well as conditioning options to further help with customization. When I have a question on how to set up a certain features, the chat options is extremely handy and both people I have worked with (Mauza and Adna) have been very helpful.

We cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by HulkApps, particularly the outstanding support from Nitesh. Our Shopify store recently encountered a significant issue with broken images on our server, totaling around 200 crucial visuals for our products. This was undoubtedly a nightmare scenario for our business, impacting both our aesthetics and sales.

He quickly identified the problem and went above and beyond to ensure that all images were reuploaded promptly and correctly. So thank you, Nitesh, and thank you, HulkApps, for going above and beyond to ensure our success.

I created a new option to have an add on to my tshirt listing and when it added the box was black and well as the color of the text. Within 10 minutes it was able to get fixed. I did not know what to do so harris joined as a collaborator and fixed it for me while showing me exactly what he did and made sure it will save like that for all future options. He was very nice and very helpful.

The Hulk product options app is a nice thing to have for more complex product options. We used it for customers to select the exact type of custom necklace that they wanted, and it helped customers and us to keep track of their order. I would recommend this app for any product that need more details input for check out. Great job!

The support advisor was outstanding Muaza and extremely helpful. The problem was immediately identified and sorted out.

I gave the app 4 stars because there should have been more communication between Shopify and the app for the issue at hand (discounts and customization) as this issue as a whole took 3 attempts over 3 days and about 6 hours of time wasted plus lost me valuable time in which it send out a newsletter missing the deadline for a fathers day discount. Shopify seemed unable to identify the issue which is that the hulk customization app is not compatible with discounts. Whose fault this is i do not know ..

however once the problem was identified by the 3rd shopify advisor and then the Hulk app advisor it was quickly sorted out. My advisor i feel went above the call of duty . The problem is resolved

Amazing for my personalized products! I have been using HulkApps for four years now with seamlessness. Support is great! They are always there with any questions or concerns and go out of their way to personalize and fulfill my requests. I always leave them happy and well taken care of.

Haris was absolutely amazing. He helped me all through the process with questions that surged. He even helped me to know things that were probably not even part of the app, but the link between my shopify theme and the app. I really like this app. It is very simple, but Im still learning and try to find all it can do.
