First of all I'd like to say that I have never submitted a review before to any company, although I read many reviews to make an informed choice .

So the fact that I'm actually writing this review for Hulk Product Options is because I feel very strongly about letting other people know how good they are.

As a small business owner I have always been overwhelmed by the sheer amount of apps available in the app store.
Knowing where to start, who to trust and the amount of time that it takes up, just hoping that you might get a satisfactory app that will work.

Initially I started using Hulk Apps Discounts in 2022 , it was recommended by a friend. The help I received from HA setting up the app was immediate, and second to none.
As such I have used their Discounts app continuously and will continue to do so, as it works so efficiently.

Recently I introduced a new section to our website and I wanted an app that would offer different options and variations of the same product.
I naturally looked to Product Options by HA as it provided just what I needed. I also wanted to try if possible to stay within the same family of apps, so I would limit any conflicting apps.

The app works straight away and is logical. However in my case, I'm not very clever with doing setups. So I turned to the HA customer support.
Their tech support is absolutely brilliant! First through their chat and then email for a more detailed enquiry, and then a phone call was arranged to talk me through all the settings.

I would particularly like to thank Sanjaysinh in tech support, who has helped me set up Product Options. He replies immediately to questions and then will set up a meeting if required. He also explains things very clearly and is brilliant with his technical support knowledge.

I think it's so important that a company like Hulk Apps takes the time to invest in small businesses.
They are obviously very forward thinking and in my opinion, way above the rest. It's very important because it is finding an app company you can trust
and that recognises that not every online business has a high spending power, or understands how to set up apps to make them work efficiently.

As such, Hulk Apps for us has been amazing and provides a partner to move forward with. As funds allow, I will start to use other apps they provide and I will stay with them for their unwavering help, dedicated personal support and forward thinking for small businesses.

They are clearly aware that many businesses that run on the Shopify platform are small and they are prepared to invest their time and customer support. As such these businesses will grow and stay with HA for the long term.
I would definitely recommend Hulk Apps and in this case Product Options

A fantastic app I have used on two Shopify sites now. I just needed some help as it had been a while since I added more options, and Mitali couldn't have been more helpful - even added my colours for me!

The 5 stars are especially for customer service. It's phenomenal. You can chat with someone immediately and if they don't have an answer, they will get back to you by email the next day. I needed some customizing done to the app and they did it for me as well as helped me trouble shoot.

Hulk options allow me the flexibility to have just the right amount of information on a standard item with choices for advanced customization

The customer support is phenomenal. They had a lot of patience with our special request and created a custom calculator for our customers which is not only very easy to use in the front end but communicates the orders to the back end very clearly.

We would love to write a novel full of compliments. The 5 stars are more than deserved! We are currently migrating from WooCommerce to Shopify and have customizable products. It's a complete nightmare trying to do that on Shopify. We tried countless apps, and all of them hit their limits. Some even wanted to take a percentage of our revenue or orders, yet still didn’t deliver what we needed.

Even with this app, it seemed at first that not everything we wanted could be achieved, but after many weeks of collaboration with the Hulk team, we were able to implement all our wishes. And this was done without any extra invoices for what we feel is a very fair monthly fee. We have never encountered such a motivated and highly professional team. You can feel that customer interest is the top priority here, not just making money. If Hulk now integrates all our needs, maybe even into the upcoming standard version, they would likely become the leading product options app. And that’s well deserved. Without Hulk’s help, we probably wouldn't have been able to make our transition to Shopify so smoothly. Cheers to this amazing company!

This is the BEST SHOPIFY APP! I've tried a lot of plugins that customize product options, some were too complicated and some were not fully functional. This app simultaneously helps you customize the product option illustrations while enabling setting up product customization text. The best part is that this app has the best support team who will go out of their way to help you with any issues! It's great, please try it out!
