Fantastic app and excellent customer service. We utilize Hulk Product Options throughout our entire site. It works perfectly and customer service is always quick to respond when we have questions. I would highly recommend.

I have not been let down yet on asking for help. It is a big learning curve, but I have got solutions that made it easy every time.

We have been using this app ever since we launched our Shopify store. It has proven to be of immense help. While setting up my Shopify store I had a LOT of issues, mostly from not understanding or being technically savvy. After deleting the entire store and starting over, I realized I had learned a lot and was able to get my store on-line because I needed the "Product Options" (there was just so much to learn to be able to get everything set up properly!). Now that I'm "live" with my store, today I came across an issue where one of the product options wasn't charged to the customer. So I came back into Hulk Apps - Product Options and honestly couldn't figure it out. When I was communicating with Lina, the answer was known in about two minutes and fixed within just another couple minutes. Most appreciated that this didn't take hours to resolve or multiple attempts. Excellent job Lina!!

Overall Hulk has been really easy to use, especially once the support team helped me get things properly set up. They have also been able to help with very simple questions or complex ones very quickly.
