I submitted two tickets to help with issues with my website and Nitesh Shah from the app development team helped me out greatly and was so patient and ensured my website was how I wanted it! This application is a great addition to my website. I encourage anyone to try it out!

I am highly dependant on this app during a busy season of sales for a specific product. I would not be able to sell customised products without this excellent tool. The support this company provides is second to none. I have occasionally upgraded my theme and required some assistance in reconfiguring the app - they have been incredibly responsive and helped me every time with a fast turnaround. So I have been using Hulk Product Options for a while. The interface is very intuitive and was easy to set up and use, from the product options all the way through the conditional logic setup. The few times that there were some "snags", i jumped on Chat Help and not only were they immediately responsive, but they fixed the minor issues right away. If you are on the fence, give them a shot, you won't regret it!
