The app does what it needs to by adding options. BUT,(and it's a big but) there are several basic shopify features that are disabled when using Hulk.

1) Your addons no longer show up on SHOP or alternate merchant stores like Google or Tiktok. Since it's no longer a variant in Shopify, it's not recognized as an option.
2. You lose the ability to use auto discounts. Auto discounts will glitch the price so customers can check out without the addon prices.
3. Lastly (that i've found so far, 2 days in) You also lose the ability to have quick pay methods in your cart area. This is enabled on checkout or the product pages only.

The bugs cause a reading refresh issue that allows customers to checkout without having to pay for the addon.

The support is very responsive and I feel they are top notch. They were able to help me understand the limitations of their app, which seems to affect others addon apps and not just theirs.

When I first started I wanted it to look like it was seemless with the rest of my website, it doesn't seem like the settings had button shape options to be able to match the style of my shop. They did offer to have a programmer fix it, but I was able to fix it myself via CSS.

This app was recommended by Shopify because I wanted some special features. HulkApps is really great! This is the BEST SHOPIFY APP! I've tried a lot of plugins that customize product options, some were too complicated and some were not fully functional. This app simultaneously helps you customize the product option illustrations while enabling setting up product customization text. The best part is that this app has the best support team who will go out of their way to help you with any issues! It's great, please try it out!

For months (including the holiday season), this app has caused a hiccup in customers being able to add my products to cart. As an online retailer, that is detrimental to my business. On COUNTLESS occasions I reached out to customer support with absolutely 0 help. Uninstalling and very disappointed.
