We use Hulk Product Options on our Shopify storefront and the support has been exceptional. Responses are quick and solutions are spot on. I don’t need to over-explain—they get it and take care of it. They also keep thorough records, so even if the contact changes, nothing is lost. Professional, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented.@

The app functions well on its own, but it does not integrate well with many other apps, which was disappointing. I do find their customer service to be excellent, however. Whenever I have a problem they fix it quickly.
July 2025, Iris helped me out in the most efficient and effective manner, great customer service!
