I contacted them for customer service 6/12/18 about code placement explaining I am adding a balloon department to my online store, with a deadline of Friday June 15th, COB deadline. They continued all week to say they were working on it and would make it a priority, all day Friday, I was stressed to the max not knowing the status, absolutely no communication from them, I mean crickets, ssp, ssp, ssp. Also, there was at least 24hrs between all their email responses when they advertise 30 minutes responses, I suggest Shopify dismiss this app as worthless and misleading. They requested a review prior to helping me, this is it. This system is forcing me to give them at least one star which is not deserved. Well, today is 6/18/18 I received an apology email this morning the morning of my balloon launch for the dishonesty and misleading inclinations. Thanks to the outstanding customer service from Shopify, I was able to launch my new balloon department this morning without a hitch. KUDOS FOR SHOPIFY!

Worst app i've ever worked with, incredibly bad language settings (swedish) and it doesnt work well, i tried many different options and none did anything. sucks to be honest.

I have no positive to things to say about this app, they asked for a review before I had used, it's day 3 & it's still not working and getting help is impossible If there was a minus -10 I would give it to them

This app did not work for me. Options selected did not show up in the cart. Options selected did not show up in the order form once placed so we had to call every customer. In addition, the requirement for customers to select options did not work even though it was configured properly. Went several days without login or communication from support so ended up choosing something different.

I was disappointed with this app as after installation, it significantly slowed down my store's performance. Despite uninstalling the app, I encountered errors that I believe were caused by it. I would not recommend this app due to its negative impact on my store's functioning.

Steer clear of this app!! The customer support is awful. I've been emailing them for a week and not only does it seem they cannot fix the issue, but are now ignoring emails for help to delete the app and all the code before the free trial is over (I'm not paying for an app that doesnt work) *edit, they eventually came back to me re. deleting the code. Not all the code was deleted however so I had to end up doing most of it it myself

Terrible support. Hulk has several setup help documents that are out of date (confirmed by their chat support) but when I asked for updated information, especially in terms of manual installation, their chat support evaded the question and gaslighted me.

The options inside of the app were great however support was not good and product never worked. I payed for the premium installation and they installed the code inside of the head instead of the body which put a error on the front of my homepage. They did not respond to any of my support messages so I just went ahead and deleted the app.

Not very friendly user and the uninstall button never successfully uninstalled. Very frustrating to try and set up.

I downloaded the APP for a 14 day free day, none of the PRO options they say are available in the trial are there, all I got was a pop up telling me "It's only available on the Pro option"
Click bait scam to get you to upgrade.
Support is also very slow, email only 2-3 days for replies
