Support has always been responsive with my support tickets. But there has never been a good working solution to my issues. For example, if using their app and I have a variant upcharge added, it's not compatible with Shopify discounts. Like how is that even possible. So they coded for me and gave me a new discount box. Ok cool. But then when they do that, something else doesn't work. I liked the price point of $8 but I'd rather pay more for a functioning app then pay lower and it not work.
We take great pride in what we do and we are always very sorry when we do not meet the expectations. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback as our brand is built upon it.

This app is total and utter garbage. The app has been causing a serious checkout issue for our store since October 17th and they have done nothing to fix it. This app can single handedly destroy your website and the support does not care. I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy.

O plugin é leve e bastante intuitivo. Possui excelentes funcionalidades na versão FREE, porém não consigo exibir as opções nas paginas de produtos, retorna o seguinte erro: Check here that your SET options have not been created. Do not argue that your SET options have not been created. Feel free to reach out to our support team with your concerns, we would like to make things work just right for you.

What a Great FREE App! Exactly what I wanted. A bit tricky to install but following the instructions very carefully got it the second time around.
Setting up the options takes a little time but then it works. Background colours can be customised to match your stores background + other tweaks to make it look good.
Does what it says? Allows priced options to be displayed on the Product page, and adds them to the cart and the checkout.
I'll be using this App alot to market known options for products! Better than upsell....no sudden popup at the checkout!

0 Stars wasnt an option so this gets 1. The app will display the correct up charges for my options but it will not charge them in the cart. This app has cost me a ton of time and money. I tried communicating this with the developers but I was just told that I needed to remove certain characters from my options. Some how / and ? are not compatible with this app, or so I was told. I removed all special characters and still have the same issue. This is a HUGE waste of time and money!

I am new to Shopify and how you have to add Apps to get the functionality I typically find standard in other carts I've used. I needed expanded Options and the Hulk Apps Custom Product Options was the only "free" choice I saw. Since I didnt' understand how to use their product (they should provided a more detailed description of this) I didn't see any changes when I installed the app. Each ticket exchange took 2-3 days for a proper response. I now see how to use this App and will see if it is a good fit for my store. I was generous on the rating since this is a Free item.
