I don’t need to over-explain—they get it and take care of it. They also keep thorough records, so even if the contact changes, nothing is lost. The app functions well on its own, but it does not integrate well with many other apps, which was disappointing. I do find their customer service to be excellent, however. Whenever I have a problem they fix it quickly.

A fantastic app I have used on two Shopify sites now. I just needed some help as it had been a while since I added more options, and Mitali couldn't have been more helpful - even added my colours for me!

The 5 stars are especially for customer service. It's phenomenal. You can chat with someone immediately and if they don't have an answer, they will get back to you by email the next day. I needed some customizing done to the app and they did it for me as well as helped me trouble shoot.

Hulk has been amazing to work with. The mobile version isn't as user friendly as the pc version, so whenever I need assistance I just connect with them to see if they can help solve the problem in real time and they have consistently demonstrated patience, kindness and quick solutions. Great staff and support.

We’ve been using this app to manage additional fees and options for our store, but multiple problems have arisen where fees and selected options were not reflected correctly. This has caused significant losses for our business. Despite contacting their support team numerous times with detailed information and requests for concrete solutions, we’ve experienced:

Vague responses lacking specifics
Insufficient investigation into our reported issues
Evasive answers regarding timelines and next steps
We found their approach to be far from transparent or proactive. Ultimately, the root cause of our problems was never clearly identified, and no effective resolution was provided.

In our opinion, the drawbacks caused by poor support far outweigh any benefits this app might offer. After comparing with other solutions, we regretfully conclude that this app does not meet our standards for reliable assistance. Hence, we are giving it a 1-star rating.

Issue today with incompatibility of the hulk product options and the hulk discount app. Emira responded to my help request immediately and advised I ned to revert back to the legacy version. All seems to be well now. many thanks for a quick, efficient solution.

I have been using this app for years and it is a wonderful app. Staff have always been so helpful if I have any issues which have always been issues with my own tech knowledge...not the app. In particular, today I was helped by Nitesh who sorted my problem out within minutes - would have taken me hours and hours :) Thank you Nitesh.
