I use this app to set up customization for my products. It is easy to use and the support when you need help is great. I have used this app for 3 years and just recently had an issue where the Discount codes weren't showing up on my Cart page. I reached out and within an hour Support contacted me back with the resolution. I wasn't comfortable working on the code so he took care of it for me. A+ service!

It's easy to use and works great on my site. I was using Infinite Options, but to add price increases w/an option in their app you have to associate a product with the price you wanted to add. Not only, was that more time consuming, but it didn't make sense when I wanted to give discounts when items were bundled together. The Hulk Product Options app gives me more flexibility and options (literally) of ways to add options to my store. I'll use it on all my sites in the future.

I love the app when it works. I've had several issues with swatches disappearing, upcharges not charging and things just breaking sporadically, However they do always seem to fix the issues and I'm thankful for that but I just don't understand why things keep breaking and I have to reach out every so often.

I needed some help to get the app to work on my store and I connected on a chat and all I can say is WOW!! I gave them access to my store and 5 minutes later it was working like a charm. I then had one more minor request to meet the specific needs of my store and in under 2 minutes they had it done. I love the app and how it will make things easier for orders, But, I love the service even more.

Chose this app as it looked to fit our store's needs. The settings are easy to understand and navigate. We were having issues with the installation, as the auto-install missed installing a few snippets, and we couldn't see the selections or the new price reflected in the cart/checkout.
Contacted support and they were very helpful and responsive. We had the issue resolved in no time! I'd recommend.

Figuring out how to create options and option sets wasn't terribly intuitive. Fortunately their service team was quick to respond and provided links to exactly what I needed in order to correct the issues I was facing.

Installed it some time back. Was happy with the app and function it gave. Just encountered a bit of issue with the app and contacted the support.
