doesn't work. I couldn't get the product options I created to show on the page. There is zero customer support.

Tried to transition from another product options app to this one. the pains of transitioning is not worth it. This app interfered with a lot of my current apps. Add to cart features and product warnings were no longer working. I tried to ask customer service to fix it. She declined. i have to talk to two developers just to get this app working. I just don’t have the time for it anymore.

It feels good to be able to create unlimited product variants with a variety of option types (e.g. user input text, date etc.).
The only drawback I have experienced so far is when fulfilling orders, I have to fulfill the product itself and the customization cost SEPARATELY, resulting in sending 2 notification emails to customers.
Not sure how to get around this.

Have only just installed the app. But so far the service has been second to none support. Great service and app.

I spent hours entering data then it locked up so I deleted the app and it will not allow me to reload it. Simply says my page does not exist. Very frustrated.

Great app, but unfortunately if you use the Text Box option, there cannot be any line breaks in the Buyers text. This means it comes through to us as a messy, block paragraph of text which isn't usable for us. If they fixed this in the future, I would definitely rejoin!

I'm very grateful for this app, which I'm using for both of my stores. The ability to have independent, multiple option sets per product is something that should really be built in to Shopify. Thank you, Hulk, for giving us a free app that provides this functionality. A very minor recommendation would be to allow us to hide the asterisk on required field headings, and make it so the colon does not appear on the second line by itself, which looks odd.

This app doesn't perform well as the whole design doesn't fit on the product page. Customer support is also bad. After giving developer access nothing has been done.

i used this app to add more options to my website, easy, and painless. Had a bit of trouble installing but i messaged support and they respond extremely quick

So far so good. I have not used it live but their support staff was extremely quick to help with the installation via live chat. The automatic installation works on some themes but not others.
