Hulk Product Options sounded really great in the beginning.
However, multiple orders are coming in that are not being charged for their add ons. They keep saying it is a different app that is conflicting with their app or that they fixed it but more and more orders keep coming in without the additional charge.

They say their app works with the express checkouts but it seems to be an issue with shop pay and google pay. Recently we had an order come in that didn't work and they used a credit card for payment. We have made fields mandatory and some orders are coming through without all the fields even filled in. For some reason they have been unable to identify or fix the problem which makes the app worthless. I just wanted it to work.

Really bad app. 0 Support. Only problems since we downloaded. Does absolutely not work with the Dawn theme, no matter what they say. Does not work with Ajax carts. Does not work with Buy buttons. Does not work with discount codes or BOGO-discounts. Use this app if you are ready to give up every other function/app in your store. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Terrible app if you charge for extra options you can't offer discount codes store wide it will hide the discount box at checkout

Terrible app, super slow support. Guys if you do not want to pause your shop for a week, never use it!

My issue was that they made a mistake in coding and now its 8th day, but they still can not fix it and no one can add products to the cart in my online story. Does it really takes that long to fix a small issue.

The one thing they are good at is creating a tickets and taking their time.

AVOID !

We are sorry for the issues were facing. Our app support is free and our app has a Free version and sometimes we get an influx of support tickets that we try to resolve as soon as we can. This app does require a specific installation process and sometimes issues arise during the code implementation process that could cause issues.

Customer support is good until you decide the app doesn't fit your needs and you want it removed then they don't respond to your emails and requests to have it removed. The uninstall option on the app doesn't remove the app and the instructions for how to uninstall brings up a 404 page. Contacting Shopify to see if they can get this app removed from my store!

Great app and good customer service, however this app doesnt allow currency conversion apps to be used alongside it, and so if you have one, it will break it. Apparently they are working on a solution but I am yet to see it. If they fix this I will give them 5 stars.

Love this app! I use it to add options and different pricing to my items. The set up was easy and customer service always responds quick.

Edited to add - it seem great at first. Now its glitching and I have multiple orders where the options aren't showing price differences. This is a major headache to have to email the customer afterwards and ask for more money. I have emailed customer support 3 times over this with no reply or help.

Worst experience ever.
This was a disaster!!!! After their developer changed the code, Shopify options stopped working and our customers couldn't choose the size! It happened our weekends sale and we lost all of the sales opportunities and advertising fee. They responded back like 4 days later and telling me "our firm was closed due to the Diwali Festival and that's the reason why we wasn't able to get back to you on time. " WOW! I ended up hiring another developer to fix this issue due to this stupid free app. I talked to several experts and they all say this app caused the problem but Hulk app never admit it and keep saying it's because of the theme. Awful. This free app is NOT worthy.

Cant be used on Shopify mobile app, because this app isnt responsive. Products have been syncing over a week now and because of that cant use the options at all. Already contacted customer service about a week ago.

The app is not intuitive and is difficult to use. Support was very difficult to deal with and documentation is sorely lacking. After 10 hours of trying to get it all set up, I had to remove it and go with another app that I had set up in less than a couple of hours. Save yourself the trouble and pass this app by.
