I have used HULK app now for a few weeks and after what was a very “difficult” start, I can now say that Thanks to Eldin, merchant success manager for the company who has helped us every step of the way. Our site is functioning unbelievable. As all new sites to shopify we have had some teething issues but Eldin has been there to assist and offer the most outstanding levels of customer service after our difficult start. Nothing has been too much, and they have surpassed what I thought was possible and out score Shopify’s own customer service by a country mile. Keep up the good work and we hope to have a long business relationship with you.

This is the best simple product options app on the shopify app store.
I installed every single product options app available and this one was better in the back end, nice UI in the front end and very easy to use. Don't waste your time with the others. I already did the testing for you. Get this app if you want simple straight forward shopify product options. Only thing I still need to test is cart display, edit feature in cart and finally test check out.

I used Hulk Product Options because I was adding gift sets to my shop, and needed to be able to give my customers the ability to choose a few different options. The guys at Hulk responded quickly to my questions, offered to set it up for me, and even though I thought I'd thought I'd be able to set it up myself, they did it for me. I had several questions which they answered, and I needed additional changes, which they took care of for me right away. Very responsive and helpful! I definitely recommend this App!

I searched and tried many product variation apps when migrating our website to Shopify and I am very happy with choosing Hulk Product Options! It has its own quirks to be aware of, but the other apps were not only worse, but were harder to use. This app has incredible support from the team with an in-app chat available at any time. Before launch of the website and after we had critical moments where we needed help and the team was able to jump in and fix things quickly and with my goals and business in mind. I am very happy with this app and the support available! It looks good on the website and has very versatile function! Definitely recommend it!

These guys are bosses! They were the only app I could find that could handle the complexity of my product option needs, and their support team made the impossible happen with grace. We are still hoping to iron out one kink, but the limitations are on shopfy's restrictions on apps and not the expertise of this team. Khushbu was AMAZING! Support is very responsive and helpful! We were chatting for about 3 hours and Khushbu answered each and every one of my endless questions. I was having trouble editing the appearance of my buttons as well as creating conditionals and Khushbu went in and edited both of those for me saving me hours of confusion and frustration.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with support but also the app. Hulk Product Options is the one product customization app I've seen that allows me to add buttons, actual buttons not radio buttons and just for that I'd give 5 stars.

Amazing support and app. We needed something that worked for our jewelry business to offer specialized options. This app was the best we found. We ran into a few customization issues and the team resolved them within a few hours. Unheard of, especially during the holidays. Appreciate everything they do!

We have only had this app for a few hours, but we can say we are pleased! Especially with the help that Amit has offered me. They were also so fast at getting things set up for me and answered all my questions! I was using another app and they failed us. I opened Hulk Product Options so frustrated and now I feel so much better knowing that I can rely on them.

This is a great app - works really well to have options for customers to customize products. I do my own website but do not understand code all that well, whenever I have reached out to them - they have always been prompt with service and solving my issues. One downfall to the app is that it doesn't work with all the discounts code options - but that is an easy work around and wouldn't detour me from using the app in my website. All and all a good product and great customer service.
