Went through a number of these apps before finally settling on this one. Due to some bugs in my previous theme it ended up breaking but customer support was very quick to get me up and running again! There's definitely some features i would love to see added but i'm very confident in this company's ability to provide a high quality product with long term support,

This app is perfect! I make custom products so its necessary to add options like material color, size, reverse engraving, hardware color and more. I had been using this on a standard theme and recently switched to a premium theme where this app was not supported and could not be integrated into that theme. I contacted the theme developer and they were unable to help. As soon as I contacted Hulkapps about integrating into this theme, they were working on it for me immediately. After a short time they were successful in doing so!! This app is perfect for adding options but what makes it even better is their customer support. Very happy with them and their apps!

Very simple and easy app. I tried many other product option apps but this is the easiest and also free! I had a problem that When you click one of the option, the hover color didn’t change so looked like you didn’t pick any. Took a bit to reach back with solution(2days), but I’m so happy with the result. Not only they fixed the problem I had, they also move the option section above the price so that it looks much better and easier for customers.
We finally found the app for our website.

I used Hulk Product Options because I was adding gift sets to my shop, and needed to be able to give my customers the ability to choose a few different options. The guys at Hulk responded quickly to my questions, offered to set it up for me, and even though I thought I'd thought I'd be able to set it up myself, they did it for me. I had several questions which they answered, and I needed additional changes, which they took care of for me right away. Very responsive and helpful! I definitely recommend this App!

Good level of customer service, they are very responsive, we had an issue with options at checkout and they fix it.

I have now tried several customization apps and this was the only one that was both easy enough to use and very versatile. Great work!
