I used this app for just over a month and it has lost me $$$ in sales. I configured it and got the HULK team to check it over. They said it was configured correctly. The first order that was placed through it worked perfectly. Anything after that was a disaster. It was either not showing the add-ons at checkout, or it would, but then it wouldn't charge the customer for them. It resulted in a lot of heavily discounted purchases and me looking like a fool to my customers. I contacted the HULK team about 20 times in the past month and each time I did they told me it was all working perfectly and there was no issue (even though I am sending them failed orders and missing payment), each time they said they fixed it and didn't understand my issue.
The whole team lacks a customer service ethic and I'm pretty sure no one I spoke had English as a first language as their responses were always basic and really useless. I've just set up my theme and coded in the add-ons as I can't deal with this add on anymore.
It wouldn't have bothered me too much if the plugin just didn't work. But it's the fact the customer service team kept making out like I was the idiot as apparently it was working fine on their end. Just not on my end or for any of my customers apparently.

Loved this app when I first started using it. Then I realized when adding new products that the text boxes were no longer showing up on my website. I tried re installing it and that didn't work. I tried the automatic uninstall and that wouldn't work either. I finally deleted it so that I could try adding it back to see if that would work. Now when I try to add it back it says there is no page at that address. Very disappointed.

I had two products that I applied conditional options to in an almost identical way, each with custom pricing for the different choices. One of them worked great. For the other, the custom pricing didn't work for one of the options which allowed several orders to get placed for much less than the item would have cost. I contacted their support team who gave somewhat generic responses and then told me that the issue had been fixed. When I went to test it, the behavior was the same. I discovered that the ordering of the options was somehow affecting which option set pricing worked. I opened another support ticket and never heard back.
I had really high hopes for this app but it seems to have bugs and the support felt really lacking, especially considering that I was in the free trial period during my interaction and felt quite unsupported while setting everything up.
I'm temporarily removing the product the options aren't working on, have paid for a month's use of the app and am moving to a different solution as soon as I can.

BY FAR ONE OF THE LEAST HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SHOPIFY.
They have not contacted me back after 2 weeks of contacting them trying to get my store set up even though I immediately opted for the Pro Plan, so I am a paying App customer and still being ignored.
They have ignored all my requests to contact them and have closed my tickets without answering them.
Do Not Use Unless you plan on figuring it all out on your own without any assistance, because you definitely will not get any sort of help from them.
Very Shocked with the quality of Service provided despite them bragging about industry leading customer support(Far cry from the truth)

After few weeks, bugs appeared and impossibility for tech support to take care. They simply did not know why! I spend a lot of time trying to find myself solutions, help come but 2 to 3 days later only by email, asking to ask the question with more details (or looked like they did not read the request up to the end, obviously). After multiple requests and more than a week to try to overcome this bug, I really regret, so much energy for nothing! If you are not ready to waste few weeks with a bad surprise at the end, don't bother with this App.
We apologize that you had faced a lot of frustration trying to reach us and we understand you'd have uninstalled our app out of no choice.
We're just hoping you give us another chance, and our team will try their best to get you what you desire.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been emailing support for 4 weeks now to resolve why product options do not show on iOS devices, and still not resolved - no one replies or when they do they say its working when it clearly is not. AVOID THIS PRODUCT
