This app doesn't perform well as the whole design doesn't fit on the product page. Customer support is also bad. After giving developer access nothing has been done.

Works as expected. I had to add `< div id="hulkapps_custom_options_{{ product.id }}" >< /div >` to my `snippets/product.liquid` file. Search for `product.variants`, hope it'll help somebody.

i used this app to add more options to my website, easy, and painless. Had a bit of trouble installing but i messaged support and they respond extremely quick

So far so good. I have not used it live but their support staff was extremely quick to help with the installation via live chat. The automatic installation works on some themes but not others.

The app initially did not meet our needs and the person we dealt on the chat with was not very helpful. We were just about to give up. But on our third contact with customer support, I was lucky enough to get Deepa. Deepa was excellent, and fixed just about everything, making us able to use the app after all. Can you please guide me where are uploaded files stored? How can we access them? Customers have uploaded Pictures.

All the files that your valuable customers' upload will be available on order history. Please take a look at your Shopify store's orders.
Just to put you on a perspective, we store the files on our servers. Also, there is no limit on maximum storage capacity!
