This was my first App purchase on shopify and I did a lot of research to ensure I was going to get what I needed. I will admit the review where very good and the few that were not were generally from people that want a cookie cutter program performing the way they want it too right away. For them... NEWS FLASH... this is programming and nothing is 100% compatible with everything. However, with a good team backing up their product you can reach that goal with good communication. Shout out to all the team members that assisted me in getting the App to perform everything that I needed it too. I highly recommend this App and suggest to anyone that are still hesitating to take the leap and use the free trial periode to work out the bugs for your store. That is what I did and could not be happier with the result. Finally, depending in what timezone you are be patient for the replies as most of mine took an average of 12 to 18 hr. I have installed it in order to add an extra fee and it has worked perfectly. I could even work a little bit with html and now it "design friendly" too. I hope they will maintain the free version because is very helpful for who is starting with a new business. I use this app to help me add phone numbers for custom printed items, works great. I had one issue, but support got right on it and I haven't had any problems since.

Great customer service! I couldn’t figure out how to integrate the Custom Product Options app with my Shopify theme, so I contacted HulkApps customer support and they hooked up their app for me.
