Steer clear of this app!! The customer support is awful. I've been emailing them for a week and not only does it seem they cannot fix the issue, but are now ignoring emails for help to delete the app and all the code before the free trial is over (I'm not paying for an app that doesnt work) *edit, they eventually came back to me re. deleting the code. Not all the code was deleted however so I had to end up doing most of it it myself

Terrible support. Hulk has several setup help documents that are out of date (confirmed by their chat support) but when I asked for updated information, especially in terms of manual installation, their chat support evaded the question and gaslighted me.

The options inside of the app were great however support was not good and product never worked. I payed for the premium installation and they installed the code inside of the head instead of the body which put a error on the front of my homepage. They did not respond to any of my support messages so I just went ahead and deleted the app.

Not very friendly user and the uninstall button never successfully uninstalled. Very frustrating to try and set up.

I downloaded the APP for a 14 day free day, none of the PRO options they say are available in the trial are there, all I got was a pop up telling me "It's only available on the Pro option"
Click bait scam to get you to upgrade.
Support is also very slow, email only 2-3 days for replies

The conditional logic feature is only capable of the most basic conditions (like removing only a single option for an option group) so someone with a more complex set of customization needs will not be able to utilize this properly.
Given that the failure of this app or downtime of the service can result in a store losing the ability to make sales for the effected listings, and that support is too slow to remedy issues quickly enough to prevent these losses, I don't recommend using this at all. It really is not worth the risk.

Was not able to implement app. Company does not offer screen share to help customers set up and implement the app. Deleted app.

Rubbish. The added costs don't even work, and the fields which are marked as required aren't really required. I tried myself and the extra prices for certain variants don't add on, and I can check out with out even filling in the required fields. Big no.

48 hours + after install, still no support.
We're sorry that we couldn't reach-out to you on time. But we have streamlined our support service to an extent that we respond to our merchants within 3-4 hours, and also provide priority support to merchants who need things done without any loss of time.
