App was just what I needed to add a customization option for my website orders. Excellent customer support! I sent a request late on a Friday evening, and they had my issue resolved within 30 minutes. Great customer service!

I've had for almost 3 years. The app has never worked properly. When using multiple of their apps they never integrate together. I am glad there is finally another app that works exceptionally well so we can replace this one which we have done today.

The app works great, but the most impressive part of this company is the team.
I requested some custom settings, and Hamza was assigned to me as the programmer. I’m truly impressed by his patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. He delivered exactly what I needed, and he did it perfectly.

The support advisor was outstanding Muaza and extremely helpful. The problem was immediately identified and sorted out.

I gave the app 4 stars because there should have been more communication between Shopify and the app for the issue at hand (discounts and customization) as this issue as a whole took 3 attempts over 3 days and about 6 hours of time wasted plus lost me valuable time in which it send out a newsletter missing the deadline for a fathers day discount. Shopify seemed unable to identify the issue which is that the hulk customization app is not compatible with discounts. Whose fault this is i do not know ..

however once the problem was identified by the 3rd shopify advisor and then the Hulk app advisor it was quickly sorted out. My advisor i feel went above the call of duty . The problem is resolved

I had originally posted a positive review when I started using this app in 2021, but things have changed.

I am now completely dissatisfied with this app and company. I have been using this app in conjunction with another app offered by this developer. A month ago, I installed the latest update of the other app, called Volume Boost. Yesterday I discovered that this Bulk Product Options app was not working correctly and my customers were being undercharged for my products, causing me to lose money.

The response I got when I asked for help, was that the new upgrade of VolumeBoost was not compatible with Bulk Product Options and I needed to revert back to the old version of VolumeBoost if I wanted things to operate correctly.

I have been paying for both of these apps and I should expect them to be able to work together to help run my business efficiently. Instead I am told that I cannot use the latest version and I need to revert back and I have lost money and this has created headaches for me to deal with. This experience has also left me with distrust of this company all together and I will be seeking other options.

I do not recommend this company or any of their apps.

The application is quite impressive; however, the prompt availability of assistance, usually within just a few minutes, greatly increases the overall value of this application.

Hulk Product Options has been a staple in our Shopify store since the beginning.

The customer support and service is unrivaled as well as quick to deliver a top tier resolution.

I submitted two tickets to help with issues with my website and Saro from the app development team helped me out greatly and was so patient and ensured my website was how I wanted it! This application is a great addition to my website. I encourage anyone to try it out!
