We use this app to give customers the option to order customized products with their picture and text. It's been working splendidly. We recently updated our store and theme and encountered an issue where the client uploads were not going through to Shopify on orders. Got in touch with the support team and they were so patient and helpful and got it fixed in a couple of hours. Really appreciate it when the team behind an app go above and beyond to help out. I am not a coder and tried walking through the installation steps but only got it working partially. Reached out to their support, not knowing what to expect for a free app, but they didn't just give me a couple words of advice, they actually fixed all the coding themselves and had it up and running quickly.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service is both very responsive and understanding. I'm using a custom theme which meant I needed to change stuff to make it compatible with Hulk App and they made the appropriate changes within a few days. Highly recommend.
