Globo Product Options, Variant

I 100% recommend this app to anyone who has many variant options and/or types. It is easy to use and looks great on your online store. A major plus is its amazing customer service. I asked for some help and got a very quick answer from Helen who immediately solved my problem. On top of that, she was so nice and made sure she could help with anything else I needed. Support is great! Had a new theme installed and the options looked funny. Gemma jumped in and fixed it right away! Great app all around.

Great customer service, easy to navigate the app. The only difficulty is learning how to edit the elements and getting the hang of it. Other than that, great app for beginners in the scene, and also for those looking to scale.

Used the free version of this app for years. Needed to update some text and was told that I would have to upgrade to a paid version because 'Date Time' field was now a paid feature. In the end they did me a favour because I switched to King which is better and 100% free.

Looks great on the surface but extremely inflexible compared to other product option apps I have used.

Really regretting investing so much time implementing this app on the booking element of our site. Suggestions to their support team on what are quite simple implementations, and would make this app best in class are met with a "no we can't do that" from their support team.

Back to the drawing board and finding another solution unfortunately.

Very helpful! This app allows our organization to create a comprehensive sales page that clearly presents the many available options for our annual event. It makes it easy for participants to tailor their experience — all in one place. So much clearer and more efficient for everyone involved!

Also, the customer service has been excellent — responsive, timely, and quick to resolve the issue I encountered.

Removed a star for the very basic look of the option form.

Kylie was so patient in helping me understand what the issue was. She then was able to offer advice on how to fix the problem.

So far so good, customer service is helpful. Spent hours in shopify trying to get coding to work to add some additional options for products and went nowhere. This thing I was able to do it in minutes. I started on the free version but had to go up a notch due to needing the option for customers to upload photos, I was a little disappointed customers can only upload one photo unless I again upgrade. I didn't want to commit to that just yet so left it as is.
