Globo Product Options, Variant

App updates are constantly wiping out custom data on my new orders, forcing me to cancel them. I am very disappointed that no effective solution has been offered to resolve this problem yet

I have been using this for over a year now, and it has remained consistently stable. However, there is one specific aspect that—if optimized—would make it truly excellent: it is currently incompatible with marketing campaign plugins, meaning you are forced to choose one over the other.

Can't recommend this app enough. We have been using it for approx 1 year and so impressed with the customer service. We had some edits we needed to make on a weekend and I reached out to support and Clara responded within minutes solving it for us.

I was having an issue with a form not displaying when selecting a variant due to a conflict with our Shopify theme. I reached out to support, and Clara was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Really appreciate the fast and helpful support!

Love Globo Product options! I'm not tech savvy and this helped me offer my customer's with so many options. Whenever im stuck the team is always willing to help and resolves it fast ! Rosie was super helpful today when on of the variants stopped working. highly recommend :)

Easy to set up custom radio buttons for our pharmaceutical product pages. Had an issue with options not displaying on Dawn theme, but the support team quickly jumped in via live chat and fixed it within minutes. Excellent customer service - highly recommended!

Die App funktioniert wirklich hervorragend. Nach einer kurzen Eingewöhnung kommt man schnell rein und erzielt zügig richtig gute Ergebnisse – deutlich besser, als man es anfangs erwarten würde. Besonders die Live Preview ist ein absoluter Traum.

Ein großes Lob auch an den Support: Rosi ist unglaublich geduldig, hilfsbereit und behält selbst bei den „kompliziertesten“ Fragen die Ruhe. So einen Support erlebt man wirklich selten.

it help me a lot and user friendly to let me know how to manage all of my stock !! compare another one popular app when i was used few month, i was paid everymonth ,but nothing changed... so when i asked gemini and change to Globo app!!.. OMG!! im really like it!!!. if you are shop beginner , you should try use with Globo app!!

I love this app! It has saved me so much time with custom orders. Customer support is quick to answer any questions you may have and help with customization, etc.
