Globo Product Options, Variant

It does the thing and creates variations and removes restrictions, and the system they use is quite robust. More than others. However I had a store with a lot of SKUs and they HAD to be tied to specific variations. Due to the way Globo handles variants, having only one add-on product be created for all of the products I was trying to have variants for just didn't make sense for our inventory management system. I hope they update this in the future where we can leverage this powerful tool because the rules and logic, and interface were very nice.

App is in general okay, support is kinda slow but helped us at the end.

The app in itself is great but since adding the variants to my products my discount box at check out has vanished

I use this app to charge additional costs for larger sizes of the handmade clothing I make. This app has now glitched twice and not charged customers the correct amount for their orders, so, not only do I pay monthly for the app I am losing out on money from customers being incorrectly charged. If this happens for a 3rd time I will be cancelling this app and looking for an alternative.

Support has been responsive, however I have a couple issues that seem to be unfixable. First when you select options/variants and then add to cart instead of showing only one item in the cart it shows multiple because it adds in the options/variants you select. Secondly when selecting the options/variants before adding to cart it shows as a single price, but once it is added to the cart it then splits the cost out again which doesn't make much sense in my use case where it is adjusting price based on size and is therefore confusing to my customers when it shows the pricing broken down. Really wish they would update this so it had a little more flexibility than is currently built in.

They have added automated options to their pro plan. However, in order to add options and automation with tags, you need to upgrade to the max plan. This may be too expensive for just a few small features.

I used this app to help up sell my products. It was an easy process adding to my site....but when i launched my website with a discount code. The discount was not able to perform at all with the extra variants added to the cart. The support responded fast but the error wont be fixed for 2 Weeks which leaves me to figure out a plan b and have to sadly leave this app alone for small issue.

I loved this app. Unfortunately I had to uninstall because it is not compatible with the Store Pickup and Delivery app, because both of the apps will add addition information to an order.

UPDATE: After being begged to leave a review, and thinking everything was great...... I discovered it was not. The issue got worse! Each time I reached out I was asked "which option set" and I only have 1! I was asked fro screenshots - even through they were provided. This over the course of 3 humiliating days for my webpage and hundreds of complaints! While GLOBO never assisted, Shopify did eventually step in, for a cost, and got it going.

Excellent chat support provided by Henry. Easy to communicate with and resolved an issue in 10 minutes that I had been beating my brain to resolve over the course of 3 days! Highly recommend!

The features work well, but in my cart, the add-ons are displayed in multiple products instead of under the main product like in their demo. I contacted their support about it, and I received the most vague answer and no explanation to why it does that.
