Globo Product Options, Variant

v1 Started out being a great app, have set up my entire store using this app, but have had an ongoing issue with customers not being charged for extras that they should have been. After numerous lengthy sessions with support, it turns out that to rectify this I now have to reinstall v2 losing ALL my listings which will have to be remade from scratch, and all the things I have used in the free version are now classed as 'premium', and I'll have to pay for them. I have mno issue paying for apps when its clear from the outset, but it annoys me to use something for a year and then have everything change, I will lose DAYS having to reinstate all my listings, and have to pay for the pleasure too... time to look for a different app!

Having used a few different apps for my product personalization this is by far the best app I have used and the customer support is exceptional

The support is amazing! They always respond quickly and solve any challenges we face while creating the best add-ons for an outstanding customer experience. Mainly we are working with Helen. If something doesn't work or if we have ideas for improving an optional add-on, shecustomize it for us. That's fantastic! Our team truly appreciates her and all Globo Product team!

I've used Globo for the past two years to give people the option to add embossing to the journals I sell. It works great, and I've generated very strong sales. I had a small technical issue recently and within 5 minutes the guys had it resolved, fantastic customer support, very fast! I am happy to recommend this app :)

A great app, fairly easy to use, a little manual, but does the job.

However, what has given me a real 5* experience is the customer service and technical support that they provide.

I have spoken with 2 excellent customer service agents, Helen and David, who have both gone above and beyond, helping me understand how it all works and providing solutions that I'd otherwise have to hire an experienced developer to help me with.

Give them both a raise!

Rosie the customer service support agent was amazing! She helped activate the app and follow me through options and explain why stuff wasn't showing. 10/10 would recommend! Polite and great service from Rosie.
