Globo Product Options, Variant

This app is a lifesaver for my custom cups and how many colors I needed to display! Through Shopify you can only have 100 so I'm beyond grateful it works, it looks elegant, and it's overall amazing!

I made a mistake thinking the app was having trouble when it was me who didn't set up the options correctly. I learned thanks to the great customer service.

Support has been responsive, however I have a couple issues that seem to be unfixable. First when you select options/variants and then add to cart instead of showing only one item in the cart it shows multiple because it adds in the options/variants you select. Secondly when selecting the options/variants before adding to cart it shows as a single price, but once it is added to the cart it then splits the cost out again which doesn't make much sense in my use case where it is adjusting price based on size and is therefore confusing to my customers when it shows the pricing broken down. Really wish they would update this so it had a little more flexibility than is currently built in.

The app is great, but the customer service. HOLY COW was it amazing. They worked with me and made minor changes MULTIPLE times until it was just how I wanted it. I dealt with Emma, who was AMAZING! Can't recommend this app enough, but also the developers as a whole. I also use their Pre-Order app and love it.

It is a fantastic app and I have no reservations in recommending it. The functionality is incredible, has all the options you can possibly need. Also thanks to the team for being so helpful.

So far so good! I just began using the app and it does everything I need plus more. very excited to get started and also using the POS system. The large options for variations is also very great! It helps make my process and product more assessable for my clients. Will review later after some time to get a better feel for the app.
