Very useful for our business. Anytime we have had issues with it customer support has been extremely helpful. Recently we had help from Helen who quickly fixed the issue we were having with our product.
Just got this app but loving it so far. I'm 62 years old and not very tech saavy. Globo has been very gracious and patient in my learning curve so far. They adjusted the app to integrate with my theme and it blends seemlessly into the product page. Mike has been very professional and helpful and customer service is fast. I'm in the U.S. and have found with other apps that they are not available when I'm up and working. I love that Globo is right there when I need help. As I work with them, I promise to come back and make updates to my review. But, for now they would get 6+ stars frome me and i highly recommend them for you too.
The support team has been great. They got back to me ASAP via Live Chat. All issues were resolved right away. Easy to use app and configures easily with many themes.

We needed more options for our products than the standard 3 from Shopify. It works great, and the helpdesk is on-point (when you are a beginner like me, this helps to speed up the process). It feels smooth!

The app had a slight delay while I was typing some variants. I also missed a key element (hitting save) to get my product options to be on the website. Hit the live chat and it was figured out in about 2 seconds.
UPDATE: I messed up again. And Rosie was to the rescue AGAIN. The customer support is truly amazing
