Globo Product Options, Variant

I wish I loved this app but the customer support is horrendous. My team and I have said we will make any time work to meet and figure out the many bugs in the system… but the support team from this app keeps not responding. I would love to figure out the errors and get this app working for my site again. I’m paying monthly for something that isn’t working.

This app kind sucks, it just randomly stops working no matter how you have it set up. Looked great right after setting it up but then just stops working.

This app is fantastic! If you need to collect any information from your customers when they purchase a specific product, provide additional information or want a really simple way to allow customers to add-on extra purchases, this is definitely the app you want.

We used it to facilitate taking information from competitors registering for a competition, right as they added their registration fees to their cart and set it up contextually to change how we presented the forms and information based on the options they selected!

This application is far better then the other ones so far. Live preview of what are you making up right now. Very useful functions like image upload or add-ons. Great customer service! Their customer service helped me the most of the all customer services I reached out... One thing that can be improved in the future is the option to change the border thickness of swatch buttons.

Found the app very easy to use and set up. I wanted to make a custom width on the variants area to take up more of my website and filed a help ticket with Globo. Within 24 hours they had already accessed my site and made the requested modifications to make it exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier with their app and service level!

I have products with more than 100 options which exceed Shopify limit. Globo Product Options help in solving this issue by just a few clicks. Excellent product options app, easy integration, effortless to manage, great customer service! Highly recommended.
