The app is easy and simple to use. Very self explanatory. I had some issues with it popping up on my store and Jay was incredibly helpful and fix it all for me then proceeded to tell me what I needed to do in the future for that not to happen again.
So fat, everything going perfect, also client service (Jay)fast and professional.

The app had a slight delay while I was typing some variants. I also missed a key element (hitting save) to get my product options to be on the website. Hit the live chat and it was figured out in about 2 seconds.
UPDATE: I messed up again. And Rosie was to the rescue AGAIN. The customer support is truly amazing

The best product options app I have used. Worked with Rosie for customising design. Rosie was very nice and responsive. She helped me to solve all the problems in short period of time.
