awesome service - helped me customize my custom text box even on the free version!

Took them like 2-3 hours to get back to my request. That being said, Rosie was super helpful and kind. I do wish their response was faster, as I sometimes get immediate responses with other apps but I understand.

Good customer service, but I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because the app isn't even compatible with the cart drawer, which is an important feature for reducing friction for customers and maximizing the conversion rate.

When a customer tries to add an item to their cart, the cart breaks and stops working. And they don't know how to solve the problem. They suggest redirecting ...

The app is decent, but the customer support is extremely disappointing. When I reached out about the price add-on feature being unavailable, the response I received was unclear and unhelpful. Without the price add-on, the app became unusable, and I had no choice but to uninstall it.
