The support is great and they will try and help when possible. The time delay is a bit of an issue though with being GMT+7 hours and sometimes you have to wait a day for things to be done. But the app is great value.

I waited to write this review until I had more than one interaction with the company. The first was perfect, but I waited until the second to be sure... it was just as perfect! I needed some advanced customizations made to better suit the app integrations with my workflows and packing slip printouts. Really good customer service. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to anything online, but I used the chat feature and got through to Helen who helped me with everything I needed. She was really patient and sent screenshots to show me where I could find options etc. Really impressed.

I love that it allows me to change options for multiple products all at once instead of having to go into each product listing to change things. The customer service has been incredible since day 1 and I have had to reach out a couple times for questions and they have always been fast and helpful!

Very good app. If you have a lot of customizable and personalize products, this is an app that will help you get all the information that you need from a buyer.

Helen was great, responded so quickly and was able to put all the variables on my customers printout, as they were not listed when I printed it. They are now, which is great!
