I've used Globo apps since last year, recently had some demand to add on custom ink service, Globo customer service is great. I meant i had lots of app but customer service is the key, some app has really nice features but their customer service is suck. Had Jay, helped me in both Globo app, very helpful.
The support is superb, Helen helped me and did a fantastic job in 10 min. Kudos to the whole team for the great product and support.
It took a hot minute to figure it out, but Rosie was amazing in the chat option and helped me figure it out. I granted temporary access to her for her to help.
