Globo Product Options, Variant

It's Amazing, Helen from globo helped a lot, even done screen recording and provided for the issues.

So far so good. I have a few inquiries and have needed some help with a few questions. Helen was super fast with answers and help. We are still getting used to the product but we like it so far.

Simple, easy to use app; has plenty of different options to choose from. Rosie also provided quick assistance through the chat feature when I needed help. Highly recommend!

I have tried other product option apps, and Globo is what I have settled on. The app works well, and has a wide range of options, inmcluding conditional logic and file uploads.
Moreover customer service appears to be available all the time and is very helpful. (Shout-out to Rosie!)

Very Sad, it"s the worse customer service i had experimented in shopify. I get the paid version, the more expensive, it took me hours to set it up, but it's not working properly, for 3 days the customer service continue to tell me to wait to check, when i chat with them they say " i m looking for wait " and i stay up til 2 am but at one moment they disconnect and dont do anything, neither they send me an email. They really dont pay attention to their customers, if its beginning like this, i cant imagine on the future, i will go with infinite options app i think ... sosad

This is an outstanding app and by far the most important one used on my stores. Absolutely worth every cent for the PRO version too. It's very easy to use and on the rare occasion I've run into problems, their customer support team have been fast and effective with helping me. Rosie and Wick helped me with a problem just yesterday and I can only dream that other customer support teams gave me the kind of fast friendly service they did! I don't leave reviews normally but they genuinely deserve it. Much appreciated team Globo :)

This app is so helpful for me that wanted to create forms to sale restricted items on an online shop.
I could not realize how to use some options, but Helen in Chat helped me a lot.
