Globo Product Options, Variant

This app helped me a lot with my problem of having more than 3 variants! It also has options for having swatches and multiple options available for customers. Their customer rep, Rosie, was also such a big help to me navigating their app and i was able to create my options with ease. Thank you!

I recently started using the Globo Product Options app on my Shopify store and was really impressed with how flexible and powerful it is for creating personalized options like message boxes. At first, I was a bit confused when things didn’t show immediately, but their support team — especially Gemma — was absolutely amazing. She responded quickly, reassured me I’d done everything right, and explained that it just takes a little time for everything to sync.

Now that it's working, I’m really happy with how easy it is to use, and I love that I can offer custom messages on my products. Highly recommend this app — and huge thanks again to Gemma for her patience and clear help!

Amazing app. Really wide range of options, custom styles and perfect for our needs. I also faced so many issues / user errors when I was building my options set but support team resolved all my problems super quickly and everything working smoothly.

Very helpful! This app allows our organization to create a comprehensive sales page that clearly presents the many available options for our annual event. It makes it easy for participants to tailor their experience — all in one place. So much clearer and more efficient for everyone involved!

Also, the customer service has been excellent — responsive, timely, and quick to resolve the issue I encountered.

Removed a star for the very basic look of the option form.

I asked a question and it was answered honestly, and then they even went as far as trying to find a way from within my Shopify to make it happen. They could have just dismissed my quandary (as many others did before my finding globo product options) and moved on, but they took their time and went above and beyond what anyone else has done.

Even though we are in different time zones, the communication was so transparent I knew that my messages were received and would be attended to during their business hours - which is more than I can say for a lot of other apps I communicated with.

Although we were unable to find a way to make my impossible ask a reality, I am now a loyal customer. The app's features make it easy to list items, and integrate to Shopify - which makes me a loyal customer. Honestly, the communication was excellent, and the customer service was the best I have experienced since bringing my business to Shopify.

Looks great on the surface but extremely inflexible compared to other product option apps I have used.

Really regretting investing so much time implementing this app on the booking element of our site. Suggestions to their support team on what are quite simple implementations, and would make this app best in class are met with a "no we can't do that" from their support team.

Back to the drawing board and finding another solution unfortunately.

This app helps me get around the Shopify variant limitations. The developers are very fast to respond. I updated my theme and the new theme coding had a conflict with this app. Helen responding quickly and fixed it in less than five minutes.

This app offers alot of different features to customize your store! I use it for almost every of my product.
And if you have any questions, the support team is very quick to respond. Very friendly people!
