I was looking for an app that would allow customization for my products and am glad I came across this as it is super user friendly and functional.
When I came across an issue, support was quick as Helen responded within several minutes to evaluate the issue and was responsive in assisting me to resolve it.

I had an issue with one drop down I contacted them to help.
And instead of helping they said, hi btw tommorow Shopify make some change you will need to update version.
The old one will not work anymore.
But they never said few weeks ago. Shopify let you know many weeks before to have time.
Result :
To day my app doesn’t work, I have many customer buying who are not able to order correctly.
I let you imagine the lost of money …
Never use it please, do your own they are not serious.
