Hello, today I have received many messages from my customers that the photos are not uploaded, I tried it myself but the file upload feature does not work, I lost dozens of sales due to this situation, please fix the problem as soon as possible.

Would highly not recommend. Look for a different company that stands by their product. We set everything up correctly on our website. Because of a glitch in THEIR software not being compatible with a feature on shopify they gave away thousands of dollars of product away for free. When I contacted them about the issue they offered a measly 15% discount off the subscription price. A whole $15 dollars compared to the thousands that I lost because of their mistake. Im lucky I caught it when I did. They also couldn't guarantee that this wouldn't happen again either. They clearly don't stand by their products and don't care about customers whatsoever. They just want your money

Good customer service, but I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because the app isn't even compatible with the cart drawer, which is an important feature for reducing friction for customers and maximizing the conversion rate.

When a customer tries to add an item to their cart, the cart breaks and stops working. And they don't know how to solve the problem. They suggest redirecting directly to the cart page, which isn't an interesting solution for my store, which has a lot of items. This adds a lot of friction for customers, who then have to leave the cart page to go back to the product page and other pages.

This is very disapointing

What's more, the chat with support is reset everyday. Therefore you can't see your previous conversations. And you don't even receive messages when they reply to you while you're not log in.

I wouldn't recommend the application if you are perfectionist and have a store where customers want to shop multiple products

A huge waste of time.

The app is decent, but the customer support is extremely disappointing. When I reached out about the price add-on feature being unavailable, the response I received was unclear and unhelpful. Without the price add-on, the app became unusable, and I had no choice but to uninstall it.

Globo is ignoring me about the refund they supposedly sent through but actually haven't. Shopify have confirmed to me that they have not processed the refund. This issue has been going on for weeks now and they claim to have refunded it but no refund is showing anywhere and Shopify billing has told me that they have not processed any refund that they can see. So Globo has taken the money for a whole years subscription and promised to refund it and haven't actually done so. I have been talking to Rosie on Globo for many weeks and she claims she has no control over the Globo billing and says she will check with her team, except she hasn't got back to me with anything from the team about this so-called issue. Now they are not replying to me via the chat or email. There have been no updates from the team. Now I'm just being ignored about this and now have my money which is approximately $128 USD. I'm very angry now and they are making it worse by ignoring me completely and not providing me with any indication of what is happening and if they will even give my money back and if so when. They've lied to me several times. So avoid this company at all costs! Worst customer service experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would. REFUND MY PAYMENT LIKE YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD GLOBO! SCAM!

Non-existent live support. There's a "Start a Live Chat" button but clicking it literally does nothing... How does this app have 2,000+ 5 star reviews?

Where do I start, excuses and lies for over 12 months. Customers select products and the pricing dosent come up. The price will come up as free to the customer. Globo kept saying it was the settings and instructed me to make the changes. Worked once then reverts back to $0.00 for the variant, thousands of dollars lost. We kept going around in circles tor about a year then I was finally told I was using the old version that was more tha a year old. I was perplexed as I gave globo access to shopify on a few occasions to fix the issue over the same period. When updating from old version to new the data is all lost and you need to start from scratch, also the pricing is higher. All along I was made to feel it was my fault but in no way shape or form was it. In the end Helen from globo's excuse was we are in Vietnam???

Been trying to get help from support but everything in vain. I had been using the free plan previously which was working as per my needs but now the add on price does not reflect during the check out.

customers support would solve issue, week later still nothing done. i understand sometimes delay but just forgetting someone's issue is no service.
