This app lets me set certain prices for custom products. I wish there was a way to add photos to certain items within the app. Overall I like how this app works.

The app has been very useful in enhancing my product pages. If there are any issues their customer service is great and works fast.

This app works great for the most part. Every once in a while I have issues. Customer service is great but the time zone difference made it take a while not that that can be helped. Still overall satisfied and had a great experience with Helen.

I was given a lot of help from Helen. She didn't let me be forgotten. I'm happy with the support I got. I'm not able to put my customized item in the cart for some reason, when I charge a fee for the customization. But if I leave it off it all works great. I'm very happy with how it makes my product page look.

Helen was really quick and efficient at responding to our question and could tell us what the limitations of the app are. She really helped us to make a decision about what we need to do for the future.

For now, the app doesn't allow you to link through to products so customers can view what they are receiving. If this feature was added in the future, it would do what we want.

Good support. However, it would be great if the user could change the size of the buttons by themselves.

The app is good and Helen gave excellent service.
It could be perfect if there was an automation that allows you to add a field for each item the user add
