Super application. Je n'arrivais pas à mettre un texte sur mon produit, pour que mes clients puisse me dire ce qu'il souhaitez. Et avec l'assistante via le Contact. On a su me répondre très vite par mail et résoudre rapidement mon problème. Je recommande fortement cet application indispensable pour ma boutique de bijoux en ligne. I installed Globo Product Options, Variant because I wanted to offer a customizable version of my product and Shopify limited me to 100 variants. Once I installed the app, it was easy to use and navigate, and I was able to set up my first variant quickly and connect it to my product. I did, however, run into an issue where the app wasn't showing on the product page, so I contacted support and Helen responded quickly, fixing my problem almost immediately. She then went above and beyond and updated the colors/fonts to match my theme. I'm impressed by the app, but the customer service is truly what makes this remarkable. Helen is amazing and I'm very grateful for her quick reply, professionalism, friendly demeanor, and knowledge. I highly recommend this app.

My store options are very complicated. I was struggling to make my options work. I used the chat function and after a few questions and minutes. we solved exactly what I needed to make things work. Great experience and so happy my store is moving forward. Thanks Globo!
