At first I thought that this App would not be good to be Free but I was wrong this is a Great APP!!! Hight Recommended, easy to use. 5 Start Customer Services. Amazing customer service. I has small issues on the theme display and Sarah (the CS staff) helped me to resolve it within a few hours. I never expected such a rapid reply though I so needed it. Glad for the service and happy with the app so far

I really needed to add more options to my Shopify to collect information for my customer's orders.
