Globo Product Options, Variant

When we struggled with bulk-editing configurations, Rosie didn’t just fix the issue – she walked us through step-by-step with screenshots, stayed patient through all our follow-ups, and even suggested workflow optimizations we hadn’t considered. Her expertise turned a frustration into a seamless process.

It does the thing and creates variations and removes restrictions, and the system they use is quite robust. More than others. However I had a store with a lot of SKUs and they HAD to be tied to specific variations. Due to the way Globo handles variants, having only one add-on product be created for all of the products I was trying to have variants for just didn't make sense for our inventory management system. I hope they update this in the future where we can leverage this powerful tool because the rules and logic, and interface were very nice.

Great app for displaying variants. Integrates with Gempage templates perfectly and customer support is very fast and helpful for any customization requests.

Had some small technical issues that i needed to sort out. I used the customer chat to ask some questions regarding technical support .

The technical team was able to access my store and make the slight
adjustments very quickly, which worked out perfectly.
